Job summary

Leong Hup Malaysia Group of Companies in Jalan Klang Lama, KL is seeking a Sales Executive to manage key accounts and drive sales growth. You will plan promotions, monitor outlet displays, and ensure stock availability across outlets while coordinating with sales teams and customers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in sales or a related position. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Able to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Able to prepare sales reports, quotations, and other relevant documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel outstation.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Key Accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing activities.
• Monitor Sales Representatives’ outlet displays to ensure proper execution.
• Check and monitor stock availability at outlets.
• Follow up on sales performance, stock levels, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives and customers to improve sales and outlet execution.
