Job summary

You will build and maintain a project pipeline, ensure accurate CRM tracking, report on all data, and identify new business opportunities in the market while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and specifiers.
• Experience maintaining a CRM and project pipeline.
• Strong data reporting skills for project records and sales activities.
• Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts—architects, interior designers, developers, and other specifiers to have Formica products selected for projects.
• Build and maintain a project pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and updates in the CRM system.
• Report and manage all relevant data: project records, customer files, daily visit logs, and sales activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers in the market.
