Ria Money Transfer in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end IT and technology recruitment. You will lead sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring across software engineering, cybersecurity, and data roles, while shaping proactive talent strategies.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements, build pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience recruiting IT/tech professionals.
• Strong understanding of tech roles, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end IT/technology recruitment campaigns across roles including software engineering, data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, and market mapping.
• Engage and attract high-quality tech talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines for current and future business needs.
