Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with IT and Digital portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Data-driven hiring and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT portfolios, including sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring strategies.
• Drive proactive sourcing through direct search, networking, referrals, and external partners to build pipelines.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical capabilities, culture fit, and leadership potential.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communications throughout the process.
• Build relationships with business leaders, agencies, universities, and industry networks to strengthen capabilities.
• Monitor recruitment performance, maintain hiring data, and report on pipeline status and market trends.
• Deliver recruitment outcomes within SLAs while adhering to policies and governance.
