Job summary

10 Infinity Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Manager to drive growth through IT solutions and services in Malaysia.

You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships, understand client needs, and recommend technology solutions. You will work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while achieving sales targets. Candidate should have 1–3 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably in IT, and a strong understanding of networking,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development; IT industry experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding or interest in Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT Solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
• Promote and sell the portfolio of IT services and solutions offered by the company.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with internal technical teams.
• Collaborate with presales, engineering, and project teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Follow up on sales leads, opportunities, quotations, and proposals to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales opportunity information in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to business growth.
