5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Account Manager - IT Sales to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for market expansion in Malaysia.

You will drive revenue by forming partnerships, delivering consultative sales strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and ensure top-tier customer service. The role requires effective communication across emails, messaging apps, and in-person meetings, with a focus on customized solutions and post-sales

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities with new customers for market expansion
• Drive revenue for The Company by seeking partnerships with various parties
• Implement compelling sales strategies and consultative approaches to achieve allocated sales targets and objectives
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing desirable and feasible initiatives
• Develop best practices in client interaction, sales and after-sales support for each customer
• Develop persuasively and convincing sales presentations professionally using market trends, case studies and etc.
• Ensure good relationship with customers, advise them of company products, price movements and other developments
• Provide the highest level of sales, customer service and support to each customer
• Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers
• Highly responsive to customers via emails, WhatsApp, WeChat, walk-ins, telephone, or any communication tools with regards to product-related inquiries and product features
• Recognise customer problems and resolve them to customer's satisfaction directly or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutions
• Prepare customized solution proposals and presentation kits to each customer in a professional and strategic manner
