Tech Sales Jobs in Kelana Centre Point, Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Manager to own the complete sales cycle with partner communities, maximise revenue and partner satisfaction. You will develop deep relationships with key people in partner organizations, uncover opportunities, and deliver ongoing value to partners.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience selling IT solutions in the channel.
• Tertiary IT degree or Diploma preferable.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to multi-level stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of value-based selling and closing opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute a call plan to maximize partner engagement and revenue.
• Develop product understanding and present informed overviews to partners.
• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize margin and differentiation.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast with Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth buying experience for partners.
• Manage quotations through the sales cycle and push to closure.
• Capture data for renewals and maintain maintenance agreements.
• Forecast monthly business with the Sales Manager.
