FWD Takaful Berhad in Malaysia seeks a results-driven Partnerships Manager to identify and secure strategic partners for insurance product distribution. You will develop strategies, promote Credit Life products through partner channels, and train partner staff to boost sales effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in insurance, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel. A business-savvy, multilingual team player will thrive in this role within a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant experience in insurance industry or related field.
• Highly results oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Knowledge of insurance, banking and other financial products.
• Sales and achievement oriented with positive mindset and good team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multi-lingual ability.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new strategic partners for insurance product distribution.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and grow new channels such as deposit executives and other emerging models within BSN.
• Promote FWD insurance products, including Credit Life, through partner channels.
• Conduct training and engagement sessions for partner staff to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and operational setup for new channels and partners.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
