Qualifications

• Diploma in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance or Accounting from a recognized university.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify, recommend and advise on new opportunities through research and bank feedback.
• Monitor and update business performance against KPI and analyze deviations.
• Drive bancatakaful business with branches and salespeople through training and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, bank partners and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for partners and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress and outcomes for management.
• Initiating, developing and executing sales proposals to actively drive growth with bank partners and branches.
