Job summary

SGS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive people and organisational transformation across Asia Pacific. You will operate as a senior HR business partner, shaping an agenda that shifts HR from operational to strategic, building leadership capability and talent pipelines.

You will partner with senior executives and HR stakeholders to modernise the HR operating model, focusing on business partnering, organisational capability and leadership effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as an HR Leader, Head of HR, Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• Strong track record partnering with Managing Directors, Country Heads and senior leadership teams.
• Hands-on experience in HR transformation or HR operating model transformation.
• Strong capability in talent management, succession planning, organization development and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business and HR leaders to translate priorities into people and organisational strategies.
• Support transformation initiatives and strengthen the HR operating model with business partnering, talent, and leadership focus.
• Lead and support change management for organisational and business transformation.
• Advise on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership succession.
