Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to shape the people strategy and organisational structure in Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to set up systems and processes that enable rapid growth.

The role emphasizes building an effective HR function, driving performance, and delivering actionable insights through analytics while maintaining compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience in building, restructuring or transforming HR functions.
• Strong HR strategy, organisational design, systems and process development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Review and strengthen organisation structure, roles, responsibilities and reporting lines.
• Build and implement structured HR systems, policies and processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Establish frameworks for performance management, KPIs, compensation, career progression, talent and succession planning.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition and organisational development.
• Foster a performance-driven and accountable company culture.
• Develop HR reporting, analytics and systems to support management decisions.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant and consistently applied.
• Lead and develop the HR team with clear KPIs and operating standards.
• Be hands-on in execution, driving key HR initiatives and solving operational issues.
