Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Head of HR to lead a five-person HR team across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, C&B, Payroll and Mobility, partnering with senior leaders on business-focused HR initiatives.

The role drives HR as a strategic partner, designs talent management, succession and performance frameworks, champions culture, change management and governance, and guides HR systems implementations during a major transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated HR business partnering results.
• Strong track record balancing strategic HR leadership with operational execution.
• Experience implementing HR frameworks, systems, and change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and business partnering skills.
• Experience in multinational, matrix, or transformation-focused environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a five-person HR team across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, C&B, Payroll and Mobility.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to drive business-focused HR initiatives.
• Champion the transformation of HR from an operational function to a strategic business partner.
• Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance organisational culture.
• Introduce and standardise HR policies, processes, and governance practices.
• Lead HR systems implementation and process improvement projects.
• Support organisational change management during a period of business transformation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Provide hands-on HR leadership while influencing business decisions and people strategy.
