Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive people and organisational transformation in Asia Pacific. This senior role partners with senior business and HR stakeholders to evolve the HR operating model from operational to strategic, talent-driven leadership, and stronger organisational capability.

You will lead business partnerships, talent reviews and succession planning, coach HR professionals, and help attract, develop and retain leadership talent across the region.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational or complex organisations.
• Experience as an HR Leader, Head of HR or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Strong track record partnering with Managing Directors and senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience in HR transformation or operating model change.
• Strong capability in talent management, succession planning and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business and HR leaders to translate business priorities into people and organisational strategies.
• Lead and support change management initiatives related to transformation.
• Strengthen HR as a trusted business partner and develop leadership capability across the organisation.
• Build sustainable leadership and talent pipelines aligned with future business needs.
• Coach HR professionals to be commercially focused and proactive business partners.
