SGS is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals. The role provides advisory support on onboarding, performance, and exits, while driving performance management, talent development, and recruitment collaboration with the TA team.

You will steward workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement to foster a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders in an MNC environment is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide advisory support on onboarding, performance, and exits.
• Collaborate with ODto to drive performance management and talent development.
• Collaborate with TA to support recruitment and strengthen employer branding.
• Drive HR strategies including workforce planning, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, performance-driven culture.
• Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and compliance.
