This role partners closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, support talent initiatives, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The incumbent serves as a trusted advisor on people‑related matters, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business needs while promoting employee engagement and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and deliver HR solutions that support business goals.
- Support talent acquisition activities by working with hiring managers on workforce planning, job requirements, and recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness through training, coaching, and development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and drive innovation.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering.
- Strong HR partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in implementing HR strategies and managing complex business or people‑related issues.
- Solid understanding of HR generalist functions across diverse business environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time, cost, and task management capabilities.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think conceptually and drive innovative solutions.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and local HR practices.
