Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive strategic workforce planning, organisation design and change management across divisions.

You will lead talent management, learning and capability development, and oversee performance, rewards, and onboarding processes. You will also serve as the main interface with division leaders, advising on people matters and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR business partner or similar role.
• Familiarity with local labour regulations and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management across management levels.

• Strategic Workforce Planning & Organisation Design / Change Management.
• Headcount & Capability Plan, HR Budgeting and Reporting.
• Talent Management, Learning and Capability Development.
