Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR records, prepare employment contracts and HR letters.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and processing, including attendance and payroll data.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate training needs, programmes and maintain training records.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labour laws and prepare monthly HR reports.
