Job summary

RIMARISAN SDN BHD, based in Petaling Jaya, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in line with company objectives and Malaysian employment regulations. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations while shaping and enforcing HR policies across the organisation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field with 5–8 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, and staff welfare.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with laws and company needs.
• Lead recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Provide HR guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Monitor performance, attendance, leave, disciplinary issues, and related items.
• Coordinate payroll and ensure timely salary processing and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other labour regulations.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programmes for staff growth.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
