Job summary

KIRA TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department and drive our people strategy, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and training.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of HR leadership experience, with strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, budgeting, analytics and a collaborative, strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work strategically in a fast-paced environment.
• Statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Maternity and parental leave policy and career development commitments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning and onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end payroll process and statutory compliances.
• Provide HR analytics and reporting to support leadership.
• Lead employee relations and performance management programs.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
