Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience in building, restructuring or transforming HR functions.
• Strong HR strategy, organisational design, systems and process development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Review and strengthen organisation structure, roles, responsibilities and reporting lines.

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to build and strengthen the organisation’s HR function. The role will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to establish the right people strategy, organisational structure, systems and processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
  
• Review and strengthen the organisation structure, roles, responsibilities and reporting lines.
  
• Build and implement structured HR systems, policies and processes across the employee lifecycle.
  
• Establish effective frameworks for performance management, KPIs, compensation, career progression, talent and succession planning.
  
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition and organisational development.
  
• Build a strong performance-driven and accountable company culture.
  
• Develop HR reporting, analytics and systems to support management decision-making.
  
• Ensure HR policies, processes and employee practices are compliant and consistently applied.
  
• Lead and develop the HR team, establishing clear responsibilities, KPIs and operating standards.
  
• Be hands-on in execution, personally driving key HR initiatives and solving operational issues when required.
  
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the CEO and management team, providing practical advice on people and organisational matters.

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  
• Proven track record in building, restructuring or transforming HR functions.
  
• Strong in HR strategy, organisational design, systems and process development.
  
• Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
  
• Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and execution-focused.
  
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
