Systemizer Technic Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or similar.

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training & development, payroll, compensation and benefits and HR administration. Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, this role supports the implementation of HR strategies and operational initiatives aligned with business goals while ensuring strict compliance with Company policies and local labour laws.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment insights.
Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities based on business requirements.
Ensure all new hires complete proper documentation and onboarding procedures.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor recruitment progress.
Conduct exit interviews for resigned staff, compile exit feedback, and prepare summary reports to identify turnover trends for management reviews.
Coordinate offboarding clearance procedures, ensuring proper handover, returns of company assets, and smooth exit logistics.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads.
Organize internal and external training sessions and coordinate relevant training arrangements.
Track and maintain employee training records.
Monitor training cost and assist in preparing training-related reports.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes and gather feedback where appropriate.
Assist in identifying training and development needs and implementing relevant learning initiatives based on business and employee needs.
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HRIS data and other relevant HR documentation.
Serve as the primary administrator for the HRMS/HRIS system, overseeing data accuracy, system settings (eg: leave, attendance, employee profiles), user access permission, and routine system troubleshooting.
Prepare and process monthly payroll and HR-related reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as SOCSO, EPF, EIS, and PCB.
Coordinate matters regarding employee insurance including enrolment, claims, updates and renewal.
Assist in HR compensation & benefits administration, policy review and continuous improvement.
Ensure confidentiality of payroll, employee and other sensitive HR information.
Coordinate annual and mid-year performance appraisal exercises.
Support managers in setting performance goals and KPIs.
Follow-up with departments to ensure timely completion of performance appraisal exercise.
Compile performance data and prepare relevant reports for management review.
Assist in salary review, increment, promotion, probation confirmation and other employee movement exercises.
Support managers in addressing performance-related matters where required.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support HR initiatives to build a positive work culture, including employee engagement, welfare and wellness programmes.
Assist in handling employee relations and disciplinary matters in accordance with Company policies and applicable Malaysian labour laws.
Assist in preparing relevant HR documentation and correspondence relating to employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Assist in liaising with relevant government agencies and authorities on HR-related matters when required.
Maintain proper records and documentation relating to employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Keep abreast of applicable Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
Support the Head of Human Resources in executing HR projects, initiatives, and strategic matters.
Perform any other duties, tasks, or assignments as may be reasonably required by the Immediate Superior, Head of Department (HOD), and/or Management from time to time.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-entity environment.
Experience in handling the full spectrum of HR functions is required.
Overall understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
Familiar with HRMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess a driving license – willing to travel when necessary.
