Job summary

Swisslog in Malaysia is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives for IT teams. The role focuses on implementing wellness, performance and talent programs, while partnering with management to sustain a positive work environment and improve retention.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in HRM and at least 3 years in HRBP, with strong problem-solving, communication, and self-direction. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• At least 3 years of HRBP experience in IT industry environment.
• Friendly and have strong track record in implementing strategic HR initiative.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communications and personnel management skills and ability to relate to people at all levels.
• Well organized and self-directed with sound technical skills, analytical ability and good judgment.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, performance management, talent management and other relevant programs.
• Collaborate with management and personnel to solve conflicts and improve employee relations, morale and retention.
• Develop or assist in developing a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (mentoring, career planning, coaching).
• Help line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
• Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
• Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
