Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. invites an experienced HRBP to drive country and regional HR strategies in Sepang, focusing on Talent, Performance, and Employee Relations. The role partners with business leaders to tailor HR programs that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will lead HR programs, ensure policy compliance, manage succession and development plans, and support change initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness while upholding Airbus values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 7 years as HR Generalist with specialist knowledge in several HR areas.
• Familiarity with Training and Development, HR analytics, and labor law.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to tailor HR strategies to business goals.
• Ensure HR programs are implemented per policy and compliant with regulations.
• Drive HR cycles, performance reviews, salary planning and talent management.
• Lead change initiatives and support succession planning and learning & development.
• Advise managers on employee relations and policy interpretation.
