Job summary

Confidential Company in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to drive the end-to-end HR agenda across assigned business units in a fast-moving digital financial services environment. Translate business priorities into people solutions that enable growth, agility, and regulatory compliance.

In a hybrid setting, you will lead organisation design, talent management, employee relations, and people risk, partnering with senior leaders to align workforce and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with complex ER cases.
• Experience in digital/fintech or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser to Functional Heads and leadership teams, aligning people strategy with business roadmaps.
• Lead organisation design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives to address current and future workforce needs.
• Drive culture integration and leadership alignment across a hybrid start-up and regulated operating environment.
• Introduce data-driven HR practices that strengthen a high-performance, customer-centric, and agile culture.
• Lead Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning cycles for the assigned population.
