Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to partner with business leaders across Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru on workforce planning, performance management and retention. The role covers employee relations, investigations, and compliant separations under local labor laws.

You will also handle onboarding, lifecycle processes, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a high-performance workplace culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities
