Job summary

Aeon Delight Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Payroll & HR Administration professional to manage monthly payroll for foreign workers, ensure accurate SOCSO and EPF contributions, and maintain HRMS records. The role requires strong communication, data management, and independent work capability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include preparing HR letters, supporting employees, and performing ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must show high integrity and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for foreign workers including overtime, allowances and leave.
• Handle statutory contributions (SOCSO, EPF) for foreign workers.
• Maintain and update foreign workers’ master data and HRMS records.
• Prepare HR-related letters (e.g. transfer, confirmation).
• Provide professional communication and support to employees.
• Assist ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior as needed.
