We are seeking a dedicated and organised HR & Admin to join our team on a full-time basis at our Cheng, Melaka location. This role will be responsible for supporting the company's payroll, HR administration, foreign worker matters, employee records, and general administrative activities. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable handling confidential employee information and working with both internal and external parties.
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
Prepare and submit statutory contributions and payments such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other applicable statutory requirements.
Manage foreign worker administration and documentation, including work permit/pass renewals, levy-related matters, medical examination arrangements, worker documentation, and coordination with relevant agencies, government departments, and agents.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation, including personal particulars, employment history, attendance, leave records, permits, and other employment-related documents.
Provide ad hoc support for company asset management and insurance matters, including renewals, claims, documentation, and coordination with insurers.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR reporting, and general office administration when required.
Coordinate and prepare daily morning meetings/briefings as needed.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in payroll, HR, administration, or foreign worker management. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR/payroll are welcome to apply.
Experience handling foreign worker documentation and work permit-related matters will be an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good communication and coordination skills, especially when dealing with employees, agents, and external parties.
Responsible, cooperative, proactive, and willing to handle ad hoc tasks from time to time.
