Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia is seeking a Payroll Clerk to manage full-cycle payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculations and statutory compliance. You will handle EPF/SOCSO/EIS, EA forms, and maintain employee records in Excel with attention to detail.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a diploma or degree in a related field. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing including salary calculation, allowances, deductions, and advance payments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.

Responsibilities

• Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Human Resource or any related field;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage;
