Job summary

You will lead recruitment cycles, handle visas and permits, monitor quotas and renewals, process monthly payroll, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in foreign worker management and payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling expatriate permits and foreign worker renewal.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience working with government portals (e.g., immigration, labor dept systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead foreign worker recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with agencies, authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Manage expatriate employment passes, visas, renewals and status updates.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate calculations.
• Prepare recruitment and payroll reports.
