Job summary

WCT Malls seeks a Senior Manager/Manager - HR & Admin to lead HR and Administration, guiding employee relations, talent management, performance reviews, payroll inputs, and compliance with Malaysian labour law. The role collaborates with management and staff to drive HR initiatives and efficient administrative operations.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of HR experience, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of HR practices and regulations in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Master’s Degree or HR professional certification would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Prior experience in a managerial or team leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HR and Administration functions including employee relations, talent management and HR operations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development efforts.
• Maintain accurate HR records, payroll inputs, benefits and leaves; generate HR reports and analytics.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and internal policies; support audits and policy reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration, facilities, vendors and event coordination.
• Perform other HR, administrative and ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
