Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of sales and relationship management experience within the Financial Institution industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a business development team to consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Execute business strategies to deliver sales targets and portfolio expansion across key market segments.
• Cultivate high‑impact relationships with brokers and distribution partners for productivity uplift.
• Design and lead sales campaigns to improve intermediary engagement and accelerate new business growth.
• Collaborate with Claims, Actuarial, Group Administration, and Operations for aligned execution.
• Maintain governance through proactive risk identification, regulatory compliance, and control enhancement.
• Monitor external market developments to anticipate challenges and protect business interests.
• Support senior leadership in strategic projects and enterprise initiatives.
