Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, International Business, Finance, Investment, Economics or related studies.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Life Insurance, specialising in business development in agency channel.
• Proven track record in growing Life Insurance Agency business.
• Excellence in interpersonal, communication, networking skills to ensure a fast rapport building with agencies.
• Performance oriented, creative, sharp on the insurance market vibe, with high verbal and numerical literacy.
• Well trained public speaking is a value added and important to this job.
• Efficient in event organising and presentation skills, with high accountability to ensure tasks are delivered accordingly towards desired impacts and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch to optimise productivity and recruitment targets.
• Support Agency Leaders to achieve production and recruitment goals.
• Organise events to build recruitment momentum among agencies.
• Plan and deliver product-based training for agencies on latest product developments.
• Monitor agency performance and build rapport to boost production.
• Identify challenges and provide support to ensure desired results.
• Initiate ad-hoc events to boost agency performance.
• Analyse strategies and tools to meet yearly goals and create win-win outcomes.
