Job summary

SEMI Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an experienced Account Manager to be the primary contact for assigned key accounts, fostering strong relationships and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with operations, finance, engineering and logistics, manage RFQs, lead growth initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, motivate, and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities with analytical thinking.
• Experience in Account Management, Program Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned key account and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support management in developing account growth strategies and lead commercial discussions for multi-site projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, engineering, logistics) to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage customer RFQs by coordinating pricing inputs, cost analysis, and quotation preparation.
• Collaborate with the key customer to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor account performance, track requirements, and mitigate risks to support long-term growth.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across business units to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Perform other account management and business support duties as assigned.
