Job summary

HR Forum Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive in Malaysia to drive new business, manage corporate accounts, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. You will identify potential clients, present training solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client needs.

The role involves lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and ongoing account management with a focus on long-term partnerships and recurring training engagements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential corporate clients and decision-makers (HR, L&D, Training teams).
• Generate new leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other business-development activities.
• Understand clients' training needs and recommend suitable programmes or customised solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into training programmes.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Understand clients' ongoing and future training requirements and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure timely responses and coordinate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual corporate training sales targets.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and conduct timely follow-ups on leads, proposals and quotations.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and performance updates.
• Maintain documentation of quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and client correspondence.
• Arrange and conduct corporate client meetings and training-needs discussions.
• Present training programmes and proposed outcomes professionally.
• Coordinate with trainers for customised programmes and client presentations when required.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, HR events, seminars, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Finance on lead generation, promotions, invoicing, payment terms, and collections.
• Follow up on programme delivery and address critical client or operational issues.
