Job summary

SmartHire by SEEK in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Corporate Sales Executive to drive new business in the corporate and HR training sector, building a robust pipeline and closing deals.

You will present in-house and public training programmes to HR managers and L&D decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, and tailor proposals to client needs. A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of B2B sales are preferred; fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; some travel to client sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B or corporate sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business within corporate and HR training sector.
• Presenting training solutions to HR managers and L&D decision-makers.
• Managing full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Preparing tailored proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Nurturing ongoing client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborating with trainers and programme managers.
• Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
