Job summary

CT Event Asia is expanding its team in Kuala Lumpur and seeks a Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth for conferences, training, and networking events. You will generate leads, conduct cold calls, and close corporate training opportunities, collaborating with trainers and operations to tailor solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is a minimum requirement.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to join immediately.
• Open to international students based in Malaysia with valid visa (Graduate Pass).

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads independently.
• Conduct cold calls to convince prospects to attend our business conference events/in-house training.
• Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Director on a monthly or weekly basis, if required.
• Manage and maintain your own “No Call List” (NCL) and pipeline records
• Take full ownership of sales campaigns
• Make daily calls to maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of prospects.
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close corporate training opportunities including public programmes, in-house training and team building
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Accurately forecast and report sales activities and results to your manager.
• Recommend suitable learning solutions based on client needs
• Work with trainers and operations to customise programmes
• Take an active role in your own development for the in-house training programme.
