Job summary

You will build strong relationships with HR and business leaders while growing the B2B sales footprint.

This role offers product training and ongoing coaching, plus opportunities to engage with senior stakeholders across industries and to contribute to targeted business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year of B2B experience for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs and a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate training programmes and professional certification solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with HR leaders, Learning & Development teams, Training Managers and other key decision-makers.
• Present solutions clearly through phone calls, email, virtual meetings, networking events and client visits.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline proactively, follow up consistently and convert qualified opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and needs discovery through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Partner closely with internal teams, trainers and external stakeholders to support smooth programme delivery and an excellent customer experience.
• Work towards monthly and annual sales targets, KPIs and business-growth objectives.
