The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for generating new corporate business, managing existing corporate accounts, and achieving assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and target potential corporate clients and key decision-makers such as HR, L&D, and Training teams.
Generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other business-development activities.
Understand clients' training needs and recommend suitable training programmes or customised solutions.
Prepare proposals and quotations, conduct follow-ups, and convert qualified leads into confirmed training programmes.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Understand clients' ongoing and future training requirements and recommend relevant programmes.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, cross-selling, and long-term training partnerships.
Ensure timely responses, address client concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate training sales targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and conduct timely follow-ups on leads, proposals, and quotations.
Prepare sales forecasts, negotiate commercial terms, and close corporate training deals.
Monitor outstanding payments and analyse lost opportunities to improve sales conversion.
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, meetings, quotations, proposals, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Update the sales pipeline regularly with current opportunity status and next actions.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Maintain proper documentation of quotations, purchase orders, contracts, agreements, and client correspondence.
Arrange and conduct corporate client meeting and training needs discussions.
Present training programmes, learning solutions, programme structures, and proposed outcomes professionally.
Coordinate with trainers or subject‑matter experts for customised programmes and client presentations when required.
Represent the company at exhibitions, HR events, seminars, networking sessions, and corporate functions.
Coordinate with trainers and Operations on programme schedules, venues, materials, participant requirements, and delivery arrangements.
Liaise with Marketing and Finance on lead generation, promotions, quotations, invoicing, payment terms, and collections.
Follow up on programme delivery and escape critical client or operational issues to the Sales Manager when required.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of B2B/corporate sales experience.
Experience dealing directly with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales presentations, negotiation, and closing.
Experience working with sales targets and KPIs.
