Job summary

HR Forum Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to drive new corporate business, manage key accounts, and meet sales targets.

You will identify potential clients, engage decision-makers in HR, L&D, and Training, and convert leads into training programmes. The role requires 2–5 years B2B sales experience, ability to propose customised training solutions, and strong negotiation and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of B2B/corporate sales experience.
• Experience dealing directly with corporate clients and decision‑makers.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales presentations, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience working with sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Identify corporate clients and key decision-makers such as HR, L&D, and Training teams.
• Generate leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals.
• Understand training needs and recommend programmes or customised solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up, and convert leads into training programmes.
• Manage relationships with existing corporate clients and anticipate future training needs.
• Close deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and timely follow-ups on proposals.
• Coordinate with trainers, marketing, and finance for quotations, invoicing, and collections.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
