Holiday Villa Resort & Beachclub Langkawi in Malaysia seeks a proactive sales professional to identify, solicit and secure new corporate, government, MICE, leisure and travel trade business. You will develop and implement sales action plans to hit monthly and annual targets, conduct regular client visits, presentations and networking to build a robust pipeline.

• Identify and secure new corporate, government, MICE, leisure and travel trade business.
• Develop and implement sales action plans to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations and networking.
• Generate qualified leads for guestrooms, meetings, conferences, weddings and events.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, corporate rates and commercial agreements.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate client records and opportunities in the CRM.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets and promote hotel facilities.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events; coordinate site inspections.
