Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Experience in hotel/hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
• Experience in corporate, room, banquet, meetings and events sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business from corporate clients, government agencies, travel agents, event organisers and other customers.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations and site inspections to promote hotel products and services.
• Maintain a database of customers, corporate accounts and prospects.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, packages and offers according to hotel policy.
• Promote room packages, promotions and other offerings to corporate and individual clients.
• Establish strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Promote meeting and event facilities and solicit business for events.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports to the HOD.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of confirmed business.
• Comply with hotel policies and regulations.
