Flamingo Hotel by the beach Penang is seeking a Corporate/Government Sales professional to drive revenue through strategic market development and key account management. The role focuses on updating quarterly plans, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the hotel at events and exhibitions.

You will conduct daily sales calls, arrange site inspections for corporate clients, and deliver timely responses to maintain strong, long-term relationships while ensuring top-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel corporate/government sales is required.
• Ability to identify markets and opportunities and increase sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
• Represent Hotels in various events and exhibitions.
• Implement all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
• Provide quick and timely responses and develop professional long-term business relationships.
• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Participate in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
• Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. generating proposals, Corporate Rate Application letters, writing contracts, customer correspondence).
• Target key accounts potential for the company.
