Job summary

Accurate Group is seeking motivated, customer-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team in the construction materials sector. You will develop and grow relationships with existing and new customers, coordinate with suppliers and logistics, and ensure timely deliveries.

We value candidates with a diploma or degree in Business/Marketing, fresh graduates are welcomed, and 1–3 years of sales experience in construction materials is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1-3 years of sales experience in construction materials, cement, ready-mix concrete or related industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and payments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Represent the company professionally during customer visits and meetings.
