Job summary

Persflor Sdn Bhd, a group of specialist contracting companies in building materials supply and installation, invites a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to drive new business growth and manage client relationships.

You will identify opportunities, develop selling strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and lead efforts to meet monthly targets through networking, calls, and site visits. Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• At least 3 years' experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Own transport and good networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities for the company.
• Develop and formulate effective selling strategies and marketing plans.
• Set up, coordinate and follow up with potential customers on project leads.
• Promote, market and sell the company’s range of products to clients, consultants, architects and designers.
• Develop, nurture and maintain good business relationships with all business associates.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, site visits and industry events.
• Coordinate within internal departments (project, sales, etc.).
• Track sales pipelines and meet monthly targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and upcoming projects.
