Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial coordination, sales support, business development, or customer service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting regional or multinational operations is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce or equivalent).
• Experience in energy, industrial services, engineering, oil & gas, rental services, or related sectors would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and quotation processes, including preparing submissions and approvals.
• Provide quotation analysis and KPI reporting.
• Serve as the key contact for internal commercial activities and coordinate with operations, finance, procurement, and customer service.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and customer visits.
