Job summary

Lawson Fuses in Malaysia is seeking a Tender & Sales Support Engineer to assist the Sales Team with quotations, tenders, customer communications, purchase orders and project coordination. You will act as the liaison between customers, Sales, Technical & Tendering Manager, Internal Sales, factory and other departments to ensure accurate and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Proposal, tendering, and electrical engineering experience in power distribution.
• Strong English and Malay written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and tender requirements for completeness.
• Coordinate with Technical & Tendering Manager for technical review.
• Prepare commercial quotations per Sales Director instructions.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and factory for order processing and delivery.
• Maintain records of quotations, tenders, and project status.
• Provide professional communication with customers on quotations and project updates.
