Qualifications

• Experience in proposal / tendering processes.
• Electrical engineering background with focus on power distribution.
• Minimum 3 years in tendering, sales support or related roles.
• Strong English and Malay communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and document preparation.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and tender requirements for completeness.
• Coordinate with Technical & Tendering Manager for reviews.
• Prepare and submit commercial quotations per instructions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for order and project updates.
• Maintain tender documentation and follow up on status.
