Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial, tendering, or contract management.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple tender platforms to identify suitable opportunities.
• Review and analyze tender documents for technical and administrative requirements.
• Coordinate input across Project, Finance, Legal and HSE.
• Prepare and manage timely submission of compliant tender proposals.
• Identify new tender platforms and manage company registrations.
• Maintain active vendor profiles on relevant platforms.
• Track postings, updates and deadlines for readiness.
