Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific is seeking a proactive Sales Support/Client Success professional in Kuala Lumpur to assist the Strategic Account Management Team. You will draft and coordinate proposals, develop sales enablement materials, and maintain accurate records, including client data in Salesforce.

This role supports Account Managers, ensures timely documentation, and Coordinates with finance on billing issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in client success, sales support, account support, or a similar client-facing coordination role.
• Familiarity with banking and fintech industry is an advantage.
• Experience balancing a book of business and coordinating with internal teams.
• Experience documenting customer pain points, workflows, and requests with accurate reporting.
• Experience conducting quarterly business reviews detailing customers' adoption of and progress with the product.
• Prepare slides and presentation materials when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate agreements, proposals, and related documentation based on qualified sales discussions.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including guides, templates, and best practices, to support internal consistency.
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain records of proposals, internal policy documents, client access management and documentation to ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
• Prepare proposals with Account Managers to understand data requirements, timelines, and client needs.
• Follow up on client consents and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and support client system upgrades and enhancements with internal teams to track progress and timelines.
• Work with finance and internal stakeholders to resolve billing or payment-related issues.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales performance reports and business reviews to Leadership Team.
• Maintain and validate data integrity in Salesforce, including regular updates of Best Practice Score.
• Provide support to Sales Support teams in conducting Client Due Diligence (CDD) and onboarding processes.
