Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in client success, sales support, or similar role.
• Familiarity with banking/fintech is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and documentation/reporting accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication for internal coordination.
• Ability to prepare slides and presentation materials when necessary.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to adapt in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Account Management by drafting and coordinating agreements and proposals.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials for internal use.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals, client access, and documentation for audits.
• Prepare proposals with data requirements and timelines in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Follow up on client consents and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Coordinate client system upgrades, manage timelines, and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with finance to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Produce sales performance reports and business reviews for Leadership.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and support client due diligence and onboarding.
